      @W6KME @grumble209 @cvvhrn I figured out a couple of years ago how to determine who was watering their lawn too much using satellite data (posted online), which spawned a whole tin foil hat conspiracy theory thing in a nearby town about the government using satellites to figure out who was violating watering bans, and sending out the black helicopters πŸ˜‚

          seems like a very expensive solution, using helicopters to drop coyotes. surely just a few decoy roadrunners would be cheaper and more efficient.
