@twipped Yeah, me too. Our richest people here in Norway are for the most part greedy and selfish assholes who do what they can to avoid taxes, just like everywhere else.

@The_Whore_of_Blahbylon imagine being in a society where everyone get enough to live without the *need* of work! Without privilegies, without authorities, without the need to *prove* that you're worthy! What a next step it would be, wouldn't it?

@The_Whore_of_Blahbylon And the missing wealth cap will lead to the system's corrosion on the long run. The better social welfare is a snapshot of the development. The Gini coefficient was 63,3 in 2000 and 79,4 in 2021. The development is also slower compared to other countries because the sale of oil can be used in part to finance the social welfare state without redistribution of wealth.

usa and germany are really hard to have an "american dream". There's a social mobility score somewhere and freedom land is not even close to cutting the chaff

@The_Whore_of_Blahbylon If only we could all live in countries that have second volume of exports in natural gas and then third one in crude oil ... and some "Mars" to pay for it all. So that for every 1€ produced and exported by our economies there was +1€ bonus in gas and +1€ bonus in oil accounting for roughly €20 000 oil+gas exports yearly per every living citizen... And then some fish exports pocket money. And basically free power thanks to worlds - best hydroelectricity conditions
