I have to say, as someone with chronic pain, it is a travesty that they won't let you take advil a week before surgery.

@damonology OMG i was having horrible cramps for 2 weeks before my surgery and i just had to go with it. i was working in a warehouse and i would have to stop every ten minutes just to retch a bit and groan in pain.
