When we,
consumed
by rivalry,
never look
any further
than the hill
sad
lonely
forgotten
upon which
we stand
to define
ourselves,
we limit our
challenges
to the safe
known
visible
well-trodden
pathways
that will lead
strangers
to mountains
on the horizon.
