I had an unplanned hospital visit today after I got palpitations, jitters and maybe a full blown anxiety attack.
Elvanse/Vyvanse was starting out so well - aside from not being able to sleep much (which usually is really, really bad for my mental and physical health).
Now I had stronger anxiety/palpitations and felt massively emotionally dysregulated. It's been the third day that I took it (30mg) and I need a break. I feel burnt out and endlessly tired.

I'll give it another try at 15mg in a couple of days, but I'm worried. Ritalin makes me anxious and comes with really bad crashes (10mg) and now Elvanse seems to be problematic too 😞

I had a few beautiful days where I could focus and did not need to fight a multi-day battle just to turn on the vacuum or do other things. I was even able to be creative and write and I do not want to lose that ability to function again.

I'm a bit emotional and drained right now.
