@SymTrkl I mean… I have the boba addiction. I just bought an iPhone. I’m starting to run out of ways to be more vanilla.

I want my body to shift more. I know fat redistribution takes time but what I want isn’t going to be accomplished by estrogen and waiting.
After this week, I know that I want a body that’s more fit and toned. None of the girls I’m envious of got there for free. They work out. They run. They do yoga. Something.
So if I want a tight little tummy and a peach, I need to put in some work. I know I can. I just need to find something that works for me.
(And no, this is not an invitation for suggestions. I know what options exist. But I also know my limits and my ADHD and my work and I need to find something that fits.)

Yoga classes also sound like a good opportunity to meet other women. IDK how much I have in common with the fitness types but the intro classes are likely to be a pretty broad spread.

I feel that. I actually did quite a bit last summer, though it was on top of neglecting myself for a long time. And then getting laid off kind of threw me off of keeping on top of that. (Combined with winter making going outside for a run less appealing.)
