Das mit dem Alter ist auch nur ein Vorwand, der Schutz der Kinder ebenso. Man muss das dann machen, auf jedem PC, Smartphone, Tablet etc. (was ist mit älteren System, die dafür keine Updates mehr bekommen?) und damit wissen die genau, wer was macht. Palantir freut sich.

Same thing will happen with client side scanning (mobile), it will not work on privacy messengers, so it will be pushed to the OS and whatever OS can't or won't do it will become illegal

What are they going to do? Toss me in jail for ticking the checkbox that says “disable this really very important feature, you naughty user you” that every distribution will put in to get through some vague loophole that will inevitably sneak its way in to whatever chatgpt-generated specification the law ends up requiring?
