    Daily doodle 136, two minute male figures from @lineofaction. #Krita on the laptop still feels a little off, I'm dreaming of a display pentablet to replace my old Bamboo someday soon...

      Very funny. I recognize the original pictures. I love the guy with the long hair and the hammer. He always seems to have a good time.

          @milla do you use the built in pencil brush and textures? I haven't experimented with putting down a texture layer in krita.

            @FishFace Yep, all default. I do have some downloaded brushes in there as well but the default 4B pencil is good enough for sketching.

            I made two texture layers at the bottom, one brown and one cream, played with the opacity, then saved the file as a Template so it's easy to start a new drawing with the same paper texture 🙂

              @milla nice. I might do something similar for paper. I've been using David Revoy's brush pack which has a nice pencil brush in, though sadly not as easy to get what I want with compared to two pencil - maybe that's a pipe dream!
