          @wendynather that brings back-aching memories.. when a friend and I would occasionally teach at the UK Civil Service College in the UK we’d load up a people mover with a collection of netbooting Sun Sparcstation SLC’s, networking gear and a little Sun box to boot them with for a sort of primitive CTF exercise. I do not miss that!

            @wendynather @davefischer have you tried the RI Computer Museum https://www.ricomputermuseum.org/

            And if you need transportation down there, lemme know.

            Also, 👋🏽 fellow RI geek

              @dpp @wendynather

              Yeah, we've traded a lot of things with them. (The RICM was started by a group of people that used to visit our museum.) I don't think they'll want these much, so I thought I'd try here first.

                I used to have a monitor like the SUN one. It weighed 67 lbs.

                    @wendynather

                    There are quite useful but they were soooo heavy and borderline impossible to ship anywhere 😟

                        @wendynather

                        I remember trying to move some monstrous 22" multisync CRT monitor up two slights of stairs.

                        Really f*@#£ing heavy 😩

                          @simonzerafa Yup, we had 24” ones, because nothing was too good for our traders 😆
