This assignment is their way of making sure Trump is the one doing the firing, because she otherwise couldn't be fired. You don't get to be a two star general by missing details.

Any denial by the Sec Army who assigned her to that command should be highly suspect.

@wendynather I think the thing that is most damaging about Trump’s presidency is the fact that Republicans are learning they can be racist and sexist and generally hateful to anyone not a white male, and there are no consequences. It’s going to be really hard to fix that.

@notyourfanboy It’s not the poster’s fault; he’s just reporting what the NYT wrote, and I agree with him that the racism in this administration is reprehensible.
