I'm starting to think the whole Kyle and Jackie O bullshit was literally set up to avoid harsh conditions being put on ARN.

It screams of scam, especially as Jackie O had no problem with Kyle mocking other people's beliefs. There's literally a body of evidence of her and Kyle mocking people, day in, day out, for their beliefs.

As usual, the regulator is toothless, and didn't actually act. Slaps on the wrist, rather than removing ARN's right to the airwaves, which should have happened years ago
