we have leftover halibut we didn't grill yesterday, so it's baja fish taco time!
beer battered fish, a nice baja sauce, shredded red cabbage, mango salsa.
some queso dip and elote as side dishes.
accompanied by a rolls royce margarita, 'cause the cointreau and tequila are a bit upscale to be called cadillac margarita.
