@amcvittie text replacements automatically sync via iCloud, so if you put your work computer on the same iCloud account as your phone you’ll end up with it since it’s a default on iOS

@amcvittie right, I don’t use the same for my work computer. (Actually, I don’t use my iCloud account, created a dummy one for work, but I do use my apps and media account. The split generally works well.)
