Could it be just submitting a takedown using Tea's official form?

This company feels like a scam to me.
Is there any evidence it has any ability to takedown the posts it claims to be able to takedown? Is there any evidence it has the ability to take down posts when the normal methods fail?

They also claims:

We can identify anonymous posters

By which I assume they do some basic OSINT and call it a day.
