CharterSpectrum does not seem to notice when you manually move junk mail to their spam folder but they seem to notice quickly when it is done via a script or filter.

CharterSpectrum does not seem to notice when you manually move junk mail to their spam folder but they seem to notice quickly when it is done via a script or filter.
As soon as I set up a filter to move their junk mail to their spam folder, they stopped sending it.
