The problem is that there are real conspiracies happening all over the place. That kind of makes conspiracy theories more plausible.
A good quick-and-dirty sort is to disregard any the right wing think are true

@hacks4pancakes I was listening to some of the forensic testimony from the case of the Hawaii doctor who was just convicted of attempted manslaughter and my head nearly exploded. I wanted to school the testifying officer, both counsels, and… well everybody in the darn courtroom. The lack of certainty about easily discoverable information was maddening.
