Let's talk about eyes. For most of my life I had outstanding distance vision, 20/15. By my late 50s I was 20/20, still good, but deteriorating. I needed readers for close up. Just had an exam, I'm back to 20/15. Correlation is not causation, but I've been retired four years, I spend far less time in front of a computer, more time outside, and my eyesight has improved. I do rely on readers more, but I really can't complain about that at my age.
Kill your computer before it kills you, maybe?
