If somebody had donor-advised funds restricted to 501c3 recipients, do they have a path to getting something like “Will this disreputable public figure be hounded by a marching band playing mocking theme music?” funded and trending on prediction markets?

If somebody had donor-advised funds restricted to 501c3 recipients, do they have a path to getting something like “Will this disreputable public figure be hounded by a marching band playing mocking theme music?” funded and trending on prediction markets?
I feel like it checks the box of “promotes the collective good for society”, but I’m not sure about the rest of it.
