Are we doing shitposts? Here's one. Everyone shoudl tell fitness bro influencers to get wrecked. No one is dying in droves from protein deficiency in the West. Colon cancer is now leading kills in 30-45 age range.

Eat your fiber, but ramp up slowly. And double your fluid (should be water) intake with your fiber, so it moves. Or it will hurt. A lot.

Be ready for your shit to bind so well it comes out like one thick long jump rope. And if you don't fluid up, it will be a slow sludge fight.

Felt like I just did 2000 situps in 30 minutes.
