I just upgraded LibreWolf to v149.0-1 and it appears that the VPN is hard-toggled to disabled:

I just upgraded LibreWolf to v149.0-1 and it appears that the VPN is hard-toggled to disabled:
browser.contentblocking.report.hide_vpn_banner = true
and
browser.vpn_promo.enabled = false
and they can't be toggled. I'll take that.
