The solution? (pun intended)

You have to shake the container from time to time so the coins gets exposure to the liquid and gets affected by it, also when emptying there will be coins who have become affected by other coins, like a cupper coin can leave traces on other coins so you have to do the process all over again.
But given time and several iterations, CocaCola will clean all your coins.

@Ichinin When I worked for a water department, we would sometimes pour Coke down a dry barrel fire hydrant if it was seized. It's food safe and more effective than most other methods.
