@cR0w for a month now, our demo unit was 100% functional. We move everything to the demo site and connectivity is degraded.
Long story short, devops made a change to a PLC cabinet device, and DIDN'T commit the change.
Upon troubleshooting, the devops person sent screenshots of said device settings for related ports. A vlan wasn't allowed on one side.
It took 15 minutes of slack typing indicators and caps lock to get said engineer to make the change ***and save them....
Minutes before my hard stop to catch a flight
I kept receiving explanations of behaviors rather than getting the action.
That scene of Greg Caneer asking the bowler to flip the toggle comes to mind... Only I survived the death ray.
