@marcoarment @merlinwisdom At Chinese restaurants (at least in the US), order the dish with the least descriptive name ("Sauteed eight assortment", "emperor's chicken", ...). It is likely the one dish that the cook got to add to the boring descriptive menu.

@marcoarment Almost. Twice I ordered a pizza named after the restaurant (one in Italy, no less). Both were regretful abominations.
