I have lived my life as I have, in part, so that I would never be the person summoned to a hotel room as a required specialist.

@SecureOwl Being in #Seattle, i can only think of the following reasons why that would be needed.
Meth/Fent exposure from obvious use requiring specialized remediation.
Meth/Fent exposure from obvious manufacturing... requiring even heavier specialized remediation.
Biohazard remediation.
