We've been doing Know, Like, Trust in the wrong order.
Driving back from a big area networking breakfast, listening to a podcast, the guest kept saying, "know, like, and trust." Over and over.
But if I don't like someone, I won't get to know them. So shouldn't it be Like, Know, Trust.
