I guess it's a good thing Chili's closed all their locations near me so I haven't gone there in years.

Although many Chili's locations are franchised, so it would be the franchise owner that is the asshole here. I suppose if we see Chili's corporate revoke their franchise, we'll know for sure.

(As happened the wrong way when Hilton revoked the franchise of a hotel that refused to serve ICE agents. Reminder: Your job is not a protected class. Your identity is. At least in most states, including Illinois.)
