@ErikJonker @geopolitics The only thing I want to say is that this is the deranged ranting of a single individual, propped up by a few sycophants. Oh, to be sure, he has been able to bulldoze over a lot of objections from within his country, but the USA cannot leave NATO on HIS say so alone. And maybe he will get the congressional support. But unless he does, it's Trump who "WILL REMEMBER". Good. I hope he'll die still fuming about it.

@whasdah @ErikJonker @geopolitics I really couldn't subject myself to the ickiness of posting on Truth Social but yeah someone should point that out to him. And, sure, Ukraine isn't in NATO but it's at least as close to NATO as Ireland is and it's hoping to join. If the USA doesn't want to help Ukraine *defensively* - what NATO was explicitly created for - it has no right to demand assistance with an offensive operation.
