@mctwist @eniko I use a ~20 degree wedge pillow for my upper body, and that massively reduces the snoring.

Also, quietly and calmly telling someone to roll over and sleep on their side will make them do it without even waking them up. I learned that trick from The Abyss!

@eniko Separate because my wife goes to bed and wakes up much earlier than me, and if I wake her up in the middle of sleeping, she has a very tough time getting back to sleep.

@eniko Had one before where we didn't because chronic pain and insomnia with separate sleep "schedules" made it difficult for either of us to get more than a few hours of sleep. As far as I can tell, it didn't effect the relationship.

@eniko my husband and I are both extremely light sleepers and wake each other up constantly, so we usually sleep separate.

@gabrielesvelto @eniko We've upgraded to a 200x210cm frame & mattress precisely because of the little restless nighttime visitors. The extra width makes all the difference. (and the extra 10cm length means I never end up with cold feet anymore)

@eniko haven't yet been in a situation where other options were available. I think it would be optimal for me to only sleep in the same bed some nights when living together long term though.

Every time we're traveling and have a bed with one mattress and one blanket we are grateful to be home again
