@Sempf this is random, but as a C# user, you use VSCodium/VSCode/VSStudio/etc.

@jackryder yes, VS Code with the mermaid editor or whatever it's called that does charts and stuff. I also use Obsidian.

@Sempf I'm goofing with a godot project and the markdown is... not a thing.
the docs/people suggest leaning into VSCode. (Godot practitioners seem to pass heavier stuff stuff to C#)
Yeah, mermaid works in Obsidian too, fyi. Was just kind of hoping I could "Open docs folder" with GUI tool and move on.
O well

@jackryder The trend to the .NET World is porobably due, in part, to @Migueldeicaza's earlier influences. Good tool, recommended. Choose extensions carefully.

VSCodium installed and I'm currently eyeballing the extensions like they have been following me down an alley.

@jackryder Good attitude. That system is slightly borked.

@Sempf There are like, 60 mermaids! Attack vector says what?
I figured out preview... seems pretty "MarkDown" friendly out of the box so far.
It's been a minute since I've created with C#.
cracks knuckles Time to not do any C# but use the tool to write about Dragons and Swords!

@jackryder Yeah I have three words for you: attack surface management! Loading every single freakin' add-on to VS Code is a terrible, terrible idea and freaking everybody does it and it makes me crazy.

@Sempf I try and run lean but I do like a GUI. I'll likely figure out how to hook it into Godot.
