@livingpixel @RosethornRanger The ones who ordered it sleep mostly fine. They were the ones who embraced doing horrible things to other human beings for the sake of power long ago and they do this less even to actually hurt the homeless and more to make a show for those who help raise them into power. (Yeah, that's how bad this is... It hurts others... for show...)

The ones actually installing it are usually the ones manipulated via hate/fear into raising the bad ones into power.

@livingpixel @RosethornRanger I say "mostly fine" because many of these people are malignant narcissists, so they have kind of a weird love/hate relationship going with themselves where they think they are gods and love themselves yet also think they aren't and hate themselves. (It's complicated.) They don't think about it much, but when they do they probably have to go out partying and drinking on their yachts to compensate.
