“Gender identity fraud”. Since words have meaning, “fraud” is intentional misrepresentation to deceive others with the purpose of achieving illicit gain at their expense.

What is the illicit gain that is alleged resulting from a gender marker that doesn’t accord with what the state thinks it should be? Where is the financial harm from this alleged “criminal fraud”?
