having grown up during the 90s era of basketball... i tried my hardest to watch the playoffs to see if it has gotten better but.... #nba is f****** garbage. it needs to wind back a ton of rules and fix itself. i guess the newer gen is too ignorant on how bad it is.

@davidmaddock i keep trying to explain to everybody if they didn't change the rules to make scoring a bigger thing then steph curry would be the equivalent of bj armstrong in the 90s.

@davidmaddock that's something that can be easily eyeballed but the sport journal described the issue a few years ago. it doesn't take into account the "landing zone" shooters get. there is probably a better one that describes the "kobe kick" and the "jump into the defender 3pt shooting foul". watching the nba for the past few years (longer actually) it is very easy to see that these changes have had a negative impact on the game. don't even get me started on flopping.
