One of the biggest things I'd hate if I end up RTO one of these days is no longer having the ability to take a short nap when I need to. A 15 min nap would be no longer than someone going out to grab a coffee (and probably shorter), and give me more focus and energy.

@JessTheUnstill I also embraced the 'lay down for 15 minutes to soften my face and relax my shoulders' as a means of clearing blockages. RTO happened a year ago.
Our office has glass rooms - 'phone privacy rooms' that go unused most of the time.
i have taken to appropriating a room and meditating for 30 minutes as a response to RTO (it takes alot longer to defuse with social pressures).
surprisingly this has engendered deep respect from management, which was _not_ the expected outcome.
