Ive seen that Doctor Who and its got a really weird vibe for Who and none of the actors appear is anything else Who.

Its not bad, its just different. I can't remember what I thought of the sound design, which is usually my major preoccupation with Who....

That was released as a double feature with Laserblast. In a double feature, the better movie went second.

The TV show only started in autumn of 1963, So they only had about one or two years of show to go from when they started production.

People always say that the movie is very different than the show, but never having seen it, I'm curious to see if the movie was that different from the 1965 season of the show, or if what people are really saying is that 60s Who in general is not what they expect having grown up with more modern versions.

I've been watching the first series and its also a weird vibe, but this film is yet another weird vibe.

The Quatermas of the Pit and of the Experiment are also very different from each other, so the BBC was definitely into loose adaptations in those days.

Saw them live at Nassau Coliseum, which is much bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside.

Amazing show.
