I would love to see how they compare results against success criteria (or if they even know what either of those terms mean.

i suspect, as with most things, they define it to mean what they want. in this case, i'm guessing "success" is:

- doesn't contradict TACO in public or on the record
- allows for personal enrichment
- employment lasts at least 10 scaramuccis
