    Trying out a new antenna for Meshtastic. This is just a quarter wave ground plane antenna, you can find calculators for it online. The frequency I used was 915 MHz.

    It's a bit late and there's not really any chatter, but I sent out a test message that got acknowledged. Also, signal looks pretty good coming from a couple nearby nodes.

        @0x1de I unfortunately don't have an antenna analyzer handy, but when I've done this for 2m or 70cm you can actually get pretty good SNR. You do have to tune it a little bit, but considering these things are super easy to build, it's a pretty good deal.
