Bad neighborhood?
Do you mean one with no sidewalks that’s unwalkable, unsafe for bikes and completely dependent on cars with basically no local independent businesses, only chains and the closest thing to a public green space is a golf course?
Oh, I just described your neighborhood and you just mean one that’s not predominantly white?
