It's pretty obvious that the main purpose of NFTs were for money laundering, closely resembling the way real estate used to be the go-to method for money laundering. @SmudgeTheInsultCat I kept trying and failing to wrap my head around how many people were falling for such a stupid thing. I'm glad it finally ended up that the rest of the world came to that realization too
I am pretty sure that these people were fully aware of the scam.
I once discuss with a person who was playing in a stock exchange simulation intending to become a trader in future. He was considering trading as a casino game : "I don't care to make profit on losers".
