One thing I'm really enjoying about #MeshCore is that I leave my companion device in my car or in the attic in order to receive the radio signals and can only use it to receive the cached messages onto my phone once I'm home.

It changes my relationship to messaging to something more similar to MSN in the 2000s where you'd have to wait for your turn on the house computer after school to use it and for a limited time

But the reason why I like this over for example just turning my phone off and locking it away or something is that with MeshCore this behaviour is unavoidable so it's not a case of having the motivation and willpower to do it, you just have to do it, it's in the culture by default
