    does anyone have an idea why one of my users isn't getting password reset emails from my instance? i get them but they're not getting them despite the email address being correct. i don't see any errors in the log or anything

      ftr i did manually reset their password but. that's fuckin weird

        @monorail Is it an Outlook address? I know Microsoft's servers love to silently drop mail from servers that aren't "blessed" for some reason. It was a reason I couldn't use Outlook365 as a mail host for my own email domains.
