@MelissaBearTrix My accuracy depends on whether or not it's got all 60 of the usual markings around the face.

That is a bit of a trick ... Give it a day or three ... Giggles
Do yourself a favour, dust it regularly ... If you have compressed air, make sure it isn't moist or drops when the air comes out
Why, the dust will turn to concrete, and the moisture will swell the "wood"

@MelissaBearTrix @TicklishHoneyBee In primary school I seem to recall a unit in math class about reading time on an analog clock. It continues to be my preferred way of telling time. (I have a watch that has dots on the number positions; I lift the crystal to read it.

@MelissaBearTrix yes but in all honesty it takes me a second to properly comprehend it cuz naturally i think in 24h format time more than 12h format and i kinda have to convert in my head
@MelissaBearTrix Learned as a kid tho add 12 to. translate from TV schedule to the clock on the wall.

@MelissaBearTrix Well I can repair analog clocks. Mechanical most of the time., quartz it's a replace the timing module. Digital, forget it, unrepairable, fault is usually under that blob of tar on the PCB.

Noting I still wear a solar quartz analogue watch on my wrist.
