@Daojoan true story: I once bought a "HANG IN THERE!" framed cat pic for the local dentist because they had no pictures in the room. They hung it and remarked on a subsequent visit that it was a source of great delight for all the patients. And I am not making this up. I can provide pictures and citations on demand. Yes, I am that insane. But you knew that.

@Daojoan I had a client who's entire office had motivational posters everywhere.
He also bought motivational calendars, he'd mount those on the walls as well.
That office was not a happy place.
