There is a link to a github account that is empty for now. It is just a placeholder that reserves the name there.
NextGraph is the stack of ELFA and you will see that it uses Gitea exclusively (with a read-only mirror to GitHub) that will be migrated to Forgejo soon.
For ELFA proper, we will setup a Forgejo instance, with a read-only backup on github, hence all issues and PR will be done on Forgejo Thanks for your interest in this important detail.
