Roll 196769c04: UC Riverside (1967-69).

This roll appears to be partial documentation of one of the student dormitories. The time could be anywhere between 1967 and 1969.

One: The parking lot; studying by the pool; doing laundry.

A memory about dorms: At this time, colleges operated in loco parentis, and dorms everywhere were strictly segregated by sex and locked down by 11 p.m. Very early in my long history with Melanie, she lived in a dorm (on the ground floor, fortunately), and at one point I climbed in the window of her room at 2 a.m. for some time with her while her (very obliging) roommate hung out elsewhere.
