Spoiler: Bansky changed his rather unique name into a very common one. So he is still anonymous despite Reuters revealing both.

The event on which Reuters base its claim is particularly sad because the secrecy in this event is part of the emotional #Bansky experience:
when he travelled to #Ukraine in 2022 and sprayed murals in locations with recent war activity, he left footprints in border control log files, so to speak. -
