Norwegian army conscripts are getting dumber too.
It's not only SocMedia as one might suspect. It's the altered way of information presentation that is far less able to trigger neuronal activity.
Brains of programmers might not require holistic sensory triggers for memory formation. Dunno. But other brain types do. -
