          @Kalshann I think it's important to add: if you do support both, maybe consider the possible consequences of it happening to the US.

            @Kalshann and here's a fun fact for these stupid motherfuckers: the Commander in Chief of military forces is a legitimate target under the customary laws of war. Period. They are an active participant in hostilities, whether dictatorial or elected.

            Hospitals, schools, and civilians are not.

              @benfell @Kalshann Well, there's some cool people there: AOC, Ilhan Omar, Bernie Sanders...

              Granted, you don't have many, but I can name some good ones, I cannot say the same for the Spanish political class.

                @Kalshann There is, I think, yet a key difference. There is still some — albeit dwindling — hope for democracy in the US without external influence. Iran not. I'm rather doubting that Iran will be free after this. In my country, some 80 years ago, we got out of a similar situation by loosing a war and foreign forces weeding out the rotten core. But now USA is led by a fascist itself (that is allied with the neo-fascists here). I doubt that liberating Iran and making sure it becomes a free country is very high on his list. Quite frankly, I doubt it's on the list at all.

                  @Johns_priv @Kalshann

                  Those "cool people" aren't very effective unless you understand that their real role is to cover the Democrats' left flank while the Democrats go on trying to lose because they're really much more comfortable sitting in opposition where they can complain about the Republicans without anyone ever actually expecting them to accomplish anything. That isn't cool with me.

                    @benfell @Kalshann They could be if they were in positions to do real change and the democrats weren't a useless bunch; also, your population has been brainwashed to believe socialism equals communism, so any social improvement is frowned upon and chastised by the press.

                    If Schumer and Jeffries get out and you guys put someone useful there maybe you can recover the country.
                    I won't hold my breath though... And it sucks that the rest of the world has to suffer through this as well.

                      I'm not holding my breath either. I think that if their intentions were in fact good, it was a mistake for them to align with the Democrats who are foremost a neoliberal and neoconservative party.
