Even in campaign posters, when party symbols are displayed, you'll sometimes find a small swastika on top of the symbol suggesting that you should choose it in your vote
I haven't noticed if it's present in electronic voting machines too (let me know if you find out!) -

Haven't noticed it in EVMs yet. I'm not eligible to vote anymore, so probably can't find out more

I'm not sure what the history is, but it is generally a symbol of good luck (across many cultures) so maybe that's why? -
