Stopped to get a quick top up charge of the car around Bangor a couple of weeks ago and was just sent a parking ticket for the time I was stopped and charging.

Stopped to get a quick top up charge of the car around Bangor a couple of weeks ago and was just sent a parking ticket for the time I was stopped and charging. £100 fine for 26 minutes!
Appealed it, but I wonder how many people miss the notices, get penalties, etc, for the same sort of thing. These companies are rediculous.
