Shadow pc appears to have made some change that if you are on low bandwidth, the audio no longer stutters but reduces in quality.

Shadow pc appears to have made some change that if you are on low bandwidth, the audio no longer stutters but reduces in quality. For phone usage this is actually a much cooler system, let’s see when it gets changed there. Currently it is only for the desktop app it appears.
